Pizza Royale

Traditional Italian dish, pizza is also a popular and very social dish enjoyed by children and adults alike, and today it is among the favorites in France. The PAUL recipe features a baker’s dough (a real bread dough made following tradition), generously topped with tomato sauce. As a topping, the PAUL royal pizza includes ham, olives to enhance the Mediterranean flavor, and cheese, with, of course, some spices evoking the sun and garrigue: oregano, basil… Well-baked, the royal pizza is soft underneath thanks to its thick dough, and at the same time gooey and crispy on top.
